Meet Liz
Liz Kendrick, MS, NRP
I’m a strategic planning and workflow management consultant specializing in empowering leaders and overworked fire and EMS teams. I have 10 years of experience in the emergency medicine field with 5 years in management. I hold my MS in Business, with a focus on management in the public sector. I am a nationally registered paramedic and continue to work as a frontline clinician in a busy suburban ambulance service as well as a clinical research manager for a busy emergency medicine department.
I have over 5 years of experience building education and QI-focused EMS programs from the ground up and understand the power of a slow build—even if it goes against every part of my paramedic soul. Our work in the field is fluid and always subject to change at the drop of a hat, but when it comes to managing a service and moving a team forward, it’s important to be thorough and put the time in up front in order to find lasting success.
