Incremental Services offers two formats for strategic planning sessions—group sessions or 1:1 with leaders—and we are happy to speak more with you about which one is the right fit for your organization.

Our team will work with you through a 1-day workshop where we to come together and develop a clear and cohesive strategic roadmap. The Incremental team works with you to brainstorm and develop SMART goals, and documents the discussions had around your goals and objectives.

Our team will then use these discussion highlights and your outlined goals to develop a strategic plan draft for your team to review and approve. This process typically takes between 2-3 weeks.

These sessions are great for agencies and departments that have a clear strategic plan, but need help setting that plan into action. This option allows us to get into the nitty gritty of how to make your agency reach your outlined goals within the real-world constraints we know you’re staring down.

Over a 2-3 week period, the Incremental team will work with leaders, employees, and community partners to gather background information, learn more about your current systems, and identify fail points. We will take the information gathered and use our expertise to develop comprehensive action plans, complete with implementation success metrics. From there, your team should be able to take the step-by-step plan and get started the next day!

We understand that actually implementing changes can be the hardest part of moving an agency forward—but it’s also the most crucial! Incremental will stand behind the change plans and workflows we’ve helped you develop and serve as your leadership team’s mentor as you start to manage the change.

As implementation mentors, our team will be available to talk through personnel and communication concerns, will help ensure the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed, and check in with leaders and employees regularly to ensure the change is increasing engagement and improving morale.

While Incremental Services has a focus on management and logistics, we are frontline clinicians at heart and we know that good patient care matters as much as good leadership.

Our team members maintain their paramedic licenses and work with a group of EMS educators from rural, urban, and suburban agencies. We regularly teach on clinical and EMS management topics at state and national conferences, and all presentations are reviewed by EMS medical directors.

Education is also an incredible way for us to connect with your team directly and gives back in the form of CEUs! We would love the opportunity to connect through education with our without our other services.
